TenantHost Beta Launched!
August 17th, 2008
TenantHost beta have finally launched after over a year of hard work. The TenantHost Team is very proud of what we have accomplished for the beta release and we welcome you to try out our property management solution. Please let us know your feedback and suggestion here. We will work as hard as possible to continue improve our system.
Unlike the other web-based applications, TenantHost is a social property management application. It was founded on the belief that managing properties can be fun, easy, and social. This is why we will have community features to promote interaction among users. We want TenantHost to be a community where our users can get things done, make new friends, learn from each other, and have fun. Although community features are quite limited at this time, more and more interactive features will come soon.
TenantHost also differentiates itself by offering its free account with all features included. Instead of crippling the useful features, we have decided to instead limit the number of properties and units allowed in the system at a given time. This limitation will not be a problem for the vast majority of user. Granted we are still experimenting our revenue and business model but we hope that it will work. Help us keep TenantHost free by telling your landlord and property manager friends about TenantHost!!!
Please keep in mind that the service is in beta, so please give us feedback as soon as you encounter problems. We will try to resolve them as soon as possible.
Lastly, thank you for visiting TenantHost. I hope you enjoy our service.
Warm Regards,The TenantHost Team
